James Trombly – President, CEO
James J. Trombly, President and CEO, holds BS degrees in Management Science and Computer Science. He is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. Mr. Trombly started Delphi Technology Solutions, Inc. following a fifteen-year career in the Emergency Medical Service industry. As a field EMT he worked municipal EMS contracts in Lowell with Care Ambulance Service and Peabody, Wakefield, Malden, Medford, Revere with Life-Line Ambulance Service. As Director of Operations for Life-Line Ambulance he worked closely with police, fire and emergency management personnel from many regional and municipal agencies. When several companies were merged into American Medical Response, Mr. Trombly became the North East Region’s Information Technology Manager with responsibilities spanning from New Jersey to Ohio and Maine. While growing Delphi Technology Solutions, Inc. he has developed continuing relationships with numerous state, regional and municipal agencies installing customized SharePoint products and providing system design, integration and support for law enforcement agencies. Mr. Trombly has 25+ years of experience in the IT field. Mr. Trombly has not only built Delphi Technology into a successful and profitable business, but he has also developed a highly respected and reliable reputation within New England’s law enforcement community.
Karin Rhoton – VP Operations and Sales
Mrs. Rhoton is a dedicated, long-time member of the Delphi Technology Executive team. Prior to joining Delphi, Karin Rhoton was a Business Systems Analyst for Thermo Fisher Scientific in Wilmington. Ms. Rhoton joined the Delphi team in 2007, where she has shared her invaluable experience in financial and operations management, requirements gathering, documentation and business process implementation. Holding a degree in Business Administration, Ms. Rhoton has 18 years of experience in business process design, documentation, and implementation. Ms. Rhoton has extensive experience in business systems, financial programs and reporting, database design, program creation and documentation, employee training and process implementation.
Craig Withycombe – Sales Director
Officer Craig Withycombe is a 26-year Lowell, Massachusetts Police veteran with an extensive background in computer technology. He was the (OIC) Officer in Charge of the IT Unit within the Police Department for 24 years. During his career, he moved the Department away from a paper system by implementing the first computerized CAD/RMS system. Craig aggressively sought after and implemented new technologies to improve and enhance the policing capabilities of his organization, including the adoption of Delphi’s Digital HeadQuarters offering. He also managed all vendor relationships, MIS budgets, Civilian IT staff and relationships with other City organizations. As Sales Director for Delphi, Craig is now responsible for expanding sales of DHQ 5.0 within law enforcement agencies in the Western US.
