2004 – The Original DHQ Solution designed to meet the needs of Law Enforcement

In 2004, Delphi Technology Solutions developed and launched Digital HeadQuarters (DHQ), a custom SharePoint application, to meet a market need within the law enforcement community. With key input from law enforcement officers, DHQ is a technology platform that fills communication gaps within existing law enforcement technologies and digitizes all critical documents – making them searchable.

The DHQ solution is a highly secure, proprietary communications platform that provides individual police departments with the ability to:

  1. Allow fully secure information-sharing within and between law enforcement departments, and personnel out in the field
  2. Digitize critical documents, roll call, crime bulletins, and PDFs, making them SEARCHABLE
  3. Go PAPERLESS – by digitizing Training, Cruiser Check Sheet, Scheduling, and all critical documents

2020-2021 “DHQ 5.0” – a New Cloud-Based Application

In 2020, Delphi made the strategic move to develop a cloud-based version of DHQ, called “DHQ 5.0”, being offered to clients via a Software as a Service (SaaS) subscription model.

This solution allows officers access to DHQ from any internet-connected device: cellphone, laptop, iPad, making it highly useful to meet the critical law enforcement communication challenges of today.

The new cloud-based DHQ 5.0 allows the highly secure linking and sharing of critical law enforcement agency information in one place, online.

With DHQ 5.0, law enforcement departments have the ability to more effectively track, connect and communicate critical information to officers in the field, fostering improved information sharing between towns and within departments.

“The benefits of this information sharing cannot be overstated, allowing departments to exchange critical information like never before, further advancing their work in solving crimes, capturing fugitives, and locating missing persons. The result is an enhanced ability to provide security in our local communities.”
