A tool for an officer to use their mobile device to capture pictures and videos they need to upload to RMS. When using the DHQ app to capture the image, it will automatically erase from the phone and won’t be stored anywhere other than DHQ. There is a defined amount of time before it erases itself from DHQ, so officers should upload everything to RMS in a timely fashion.
